Returns and Refunds

1. Right of withdrawal (return of order)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel an order placed in the online stores BulDogg (buldogg.com) , Bulavion (bulavion.com) or Bulgarion (bulgarion.com) , within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving a reason.

The 14-day period begins on the day following the day on which you (or a third party other than the courier) receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email within 14 days to:
info@buldogg.com

by specifying:

  • your name

  • order number

  • which products you wish to return

2. Return conditions

Returns are only accepted if:

• the product is unworn, undamaged and unwashed;
• the original labels and packaging are available;
• the product has been returned in its original condition without any signs of use.

If there are signs of use, damage, a strong odor or any other form of depreciation, the return may be refused or the amount may be partially refunded.

3. Return costs

The costs of returning the product are at the customer's expense.

• Courier costs are not refundable.
• You can choose a courier of your preference.

The return address is provided by email after requesting the return.

4. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned products:

• we refund the amount for the purchased products;
• the refund is made via the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund until we receive the returned products or until you provide proof of sending them back (whichever comes first).

5. Defective or incorrectly delivered products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered product, please notify us within 2 months of discovering the defect at:
info@buldogg.com

Please attach photos of:

• the product
• the defective area
• packaging (if applicable)

When the defect falls under the legal warranty or lack of conformity, we provide:

• repair or replacement, or
• refund.

In this case, the costs of return or replacement are at our expense.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may be limited for products made to order or personalized.

If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
